The St. John's Chop House, like the other, produces classic British dishes, has Cambridge real ale from the cask, is no nonsense and is good value. The 17th Century brick building, with its fireplaces (wood burning stoves), beams and natural age, perfectly supports the concept. The restaurant is on two floors, the downstairs being split between a bar and an airy, light restaurant while upstairs has three separate cosy rooms for dining. Service is knowledgeable and friendly.
We are located 3 minutes walk from Magdalene Bridge
